I wanted to thank you personally and on behalf of the AEGD program and the undergraduate program for your generous contribution to our CEREC training endeavor.  The two extra copies of the CEREC Encyclopedia that you donated as well as the reduction in fee on the initial copy is most appreciated.  The Encyclopedia will greatly enhance the educational process for myself, the faculty, and our residents and undergraduates.  We have already had our first CEREC block fo the Sopomores, and it was an outstanding success.  It generated great interest and enthusiasm for the CEREC technology.  Our goal is to create future CEREC dentists.

When I first got my CEREC machine it was an adventure in confusion and frustration.  I was becoming afraid to use it because it I was so inconsistent, and it took me so long.  Then I attended "CEREC In Your Own Backyard" by Dr. Robert Conrad.  What a difference knowledge and planning makes!  Using the outline from the course I have been able to predictably create fabulous ceramic restorations in a reasonable amount of time- without tearing what little hair I have left out .  Your DVDs sure do come inh handy when I want to review for those bigger situations.  Thank yolu Dr Conrad for giving me the knfowledge and confidence to use my CEREC technology as it should be used for the betterment of my patients!

After Floundering and becoming frustrated with my CEREC system for over a year, I decided to purchase Southwest Technologies (Dr. Conrad) DVD set. It is an invaluable A - Z library encompassing all aspects of CEREC.  The series not only highlights clinical applications but gives an in depth understanding of the inner workings of the system.  My CEREC restorative treatment has greatly improved while my frustration level and uncertainty has decreased dramatically.

In a very structured,methodical way Dr. Conrad unlocks the secrets to CEREC.  He has taken the mystery out of a complex system.

Before too much time slips away, I just want to thank you for all your help and support in integrating the new Cerec AC Bluecam into our practice. New armamentarium and technologies is always accompanied by a steep learning curve. This has been minimized by your support, and patience through this new technology. Having one of the most "state of the art" practices in New Jersey, the Cerec AC technology is truly the "cherry on top of the whipped cream" for our practice. Even our patients understand what this new technology means to them and are truly excited about the addition of the Cerec to our practice. There is no going back, nor do we want to! I want to mention to you, that another invaluable tool was the purchase of the Cerec Encyclopedia by Dr. Conrad at Southwest Clinical Technologies. The encyclopedia proves to be the "Gold Standard" in our practice for Cerec instruction. Dr. Conrad presents a very clear picture of the Cerec from the simple to the advanced, in words that make it easy for us all!! I refer to these DVD's DAILY to move me to a higher level of practice, and I think that you might want to inform other doctors of this tutorial, as it will make the transition smoother and they will understand the details of what the software has to offer. My hat's off to Dr. Conrad for a wonderfully prepared tutorial.

I have attended other CEREC advanced programs, but never has a lecturer put techniques and protocols together that truly made sense and could be used with such predictability.

Excellent advance programs, I was negative when my Doctors purchased CEREC. Now that I understand the use. This course should be mandatory and this course should be included with purchase of machine

I have to say that this course was not only the best CEREC course that I have taken, but one of the best courses I have thaken in Dentistry, PERIOD.  I have been using CEREC for 9 years and Dr. Conrad has in two days, heightened my understanding and interest with CEREC.  We all go to lectures to get a pearl or two.  I left after 2 days with about 3 full pearl necklaces.  This course should be mandatory for any CEREC user.  The only regret you have will be that you didn't take it years earlier.  Five Stars and Two Thumbs UP!!!! The comments I have heard from the doctors have been nothing but positive.  One of the course attendees, Dr. Denis Scharine, phoned me on my trip home on Saturday evening to tell me he was seeing an emergency patient and was already implementing what he had learned during the course to complete a post/crown for his patient.  On Tuesday, I stopped at Dr. Tony Cigno's office who cannot wait for the next course offering by Dr. Conrad.  He found the course to be so encompassing that he plans to attend another advanced course with Dr. Conrad as soon as he can.  Dr. Michael Sandoval and his Assistant Justin were so impressed with the course that they, as well, are interested in his next class. Dr Sandoval feels Dr. Conrad's tips for design make perfect sense and lead to superior design results. As a CEREC Specialist, I truly enjoyed the opportunity to learn from Dr. Conrad and to be a better support person to my Doctors.
